We have had the Xpresso Delight Cappuccino machine now since April 2007 and it is definitely getting worked overtime. Everyone seems to love the coffees and it is much simpler to use than our previous coffee machine. Just a push of a button and we get a great cappuccino or latte. Natalie comes in weekly to service the machine and restock supplies. This is a great benefit as I don’t have to worry about maintaining the machine. The service is always friendly and efficient and the few times I have phoned Natalie with a problem (like running out of coffee due to everyone loving it) she has quickly arrived with more stock. She takes her time to ensure it is cleaned thoroughly and it looks brand new after her visits. We cannot do without our Xpresso Delight Cappuccino system!

After much deliberation as to whether we would install a coffee machine in the office, we were recommended to Bruce Spencer at Xpresso Delight and decided to take the plunge. The machine has proved to be one of the most popular pieces of equipment at any hour of the day but particularly in the morning when everybody is longing for that first cup of richly roasted delicious hot cup of fresh coffee. The coffee machine promotes social interaction - a place where staff meet and discuss the days events. People meet over the machine who perhaps would not have done so had it not been there. Prior to the installation of the machine, staff would leave the office and buy coffee from nearby coffee shops in the city but now no one leaves the office … there is no need. We all love the full roasted flavour of the coffee. The machine is easy to use and never breaks down. Bruce services the machine twice a week and has even accommodated the wishes of the staff and services the machine at the end of the day so as not to interrupt the consumption of coffee. Now that we have experienced Xpresso Delight, I would not think of using any other coffee machine. And Bruce is always on the end of the phone too just in case we need him to top up the beans or cups. His service is exceptional.
